Hurtig bindende afgørelse 01/2023, som den norske tilsynsmyndighed har anmodet om med henblik på at træffe endelige foranstaltninger over for Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (artikel 66, stk. 2, i GDPR)

The EDPB Urgent Binding Decision 1/2023 relates to the processing of personal data by Meta Ireland Limited (Meta IE) for behavioural advertising on the legal bases of contract and legitimate interest across the European Economic Area (EEA).
