The European Data Protection Board welcomes comments on the Recommendations 1/2026 on the Application for Approval and on the elements and principles to be found in Processor Binding Corporate Rules (Art. 47 GDPR).
Such comments should be sent 2nd March 2026 at the latest using the provided form.
