Recht op privacy in een digitale wereld

In dit digitale tijdperk, waarin informatie voortdurend wordt gedeeld, verzameld en verwerkt, zijn duidelijke en krachtige regels voor gegevensbescherming nodig. Deze zorgen ervoor dat personen de controle over hun gegevens behouden en waarborgen hun persoonlijke vrijheid, autonomie en vrijheid van meningsuiting. Gegevensbeschermingsregels zijn ook van cruciaal belang om misbruik, ongeoorloofde toegang, identiteitsdiefstal en manipulatie te voorkomen. Krachtige waarborgen op het gebied van gegevensbescherming vergroten het vertrouwen in onlinediensten.
