The European Data Protection Board welcomes comments on the Guidelines 1/2019 on Codes of Conduct and Monitoring Bodies under Regulation 2016/679. Such comments should be sent to the following address by 02/04/2019 at the latest: EDPB@edpb.europa.eu. Please note that submissions made after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.
Since the EDPB is required by the GDPR (art. 70(4)) to make the results of this consultation public, your submission will be published on its entirety on the EDPB website.
If your submission contains personal data, they will also be disclosed on the EDPB website, unless you object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation. Should you wish to object, please send us an email stating the specific grounds for your objection.
